Shipping Information

We are happy to be able to offer a variety of shipment carriers and speeds to meet your delivery requirements. The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected. Once processed, your order will ship as indicated on the order (Standard, Ground, Priority, Express).

• Priority and Express services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.
• A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.
• Shipping charges shown are per ship address and reflect the number of business days for delivery from date of purchase.
• Free Shipping and Handling offers are valid on Standard Shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

Oversized/Special  Shipping

Due to size and weight, oversized items will ship LTL or freight. Standard LTL delivery requires a loading dock. If a loading dock is not available, additional special service charges may apply.

For residential deliveries, the carrier will typically call to schedule your delivery within 6 business days. You will need to arrange for unloading the truck at the time of delivery or additional special service charges may apply.

Special service charges (may vary by carrier):

• Lift gate delivery
• Inside delivery – inside threshold on 1st floor
• Inside delivery – room of choice delivery
• Limited access (i.e. strip mall, school)

Damages, Defects, or Missing Parts

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Care team at 503-360-0082 within 10 days of your delivery date.

International Orders

Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside the US. However, our products may be available through 3rd part retailers in your location.

Military Deliveries

Standard shipping is available for orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses. Most deliveries ship via US Postal Service.

State and Local Taxes

Where applicable, sales and use tax will be collected and remitted to the state to which items are being delivered.
